Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Lexoraon ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Lexoraon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Lexoraon", "we", "us").

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Accounts are non-transferable. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at support@lexoraon.ai.

Credits are the in-platform currency used to create AI-generated content using Lexoraon's writing tools. Credits are purchased in packs and are non-transferable between accounts. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By purchasing credits, you authorise Razorpay to charge your chosen payment method. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree NOT to use Lexoraon to generate: • Content that is sexually explicit or involves minors • Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate against individuals or groups • Content that defames, harasses, or impersonates real individuals • Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights • Spam or bulk unsolicited commercial messages generated at scale • AI-generated content designed to mislead or deceive in a harmful way Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to review generated content for policy compliance.

Subject to these Terms, you own the content you generate using Lexoraon and may use it for personal and commercial purposes, including advertising, social media, print, and marketing materials. Lexoraon retains ownership of its platform, proprietary AI writing engine and tool library, brand assets, and all underlying technology. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform.

You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit and the content generated. Lexoraon acts as a tool; the output depends on your inputs. You must ensure your use of generated content complies with applicable Indian and international laws. Lexoraon provides generated content on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any specific commercial purpose of generated content.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEXORAON SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Credits in your account at time of termination are forfeited unless termination was caused by our error.

We may update these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
